Photo attached is part of crew leaving Shanghai China after Nixon visit to Peking 1972...left to right Danny McKinney-cameraman from CBS Washington, Chinese Cameraman, George Klimcsak, Chinese interpreter, Chinese Audio person, Al Bressan. We flew on a US Air Force C-140 with the New CBS remote truck aboard. to Guam...3000 miles and then boarded a TWA flight from Guam to Hawaii...and the ABC pool people decided to check all of the crew for an R&R at the Hilton...I guess they knew we had been working around the clock during the Nixon Visit and this stopover was enjoyed by all....the C-140 proceeded to Ft. Dix in NJ to unload the remote unit etc.
